was taling to a newspaper tog at a digital photo show who was happily showing off his Fuji Pro (for personal use) to all and sundry. Thinks it a fantastic camera for his Leica lenses... I had a play, too... very imprerssive.

Yep, it handles very well. Tog (he was from a major daily here in Melbourne)expressed same concern as you about slow focus but then said he used hyperfocal focus anyway...

If you see him again, tell him that things will improve slowly and surely. On the 10th of June there is going to be another firmware update. I doubt that it will be the one to correct the AF but we can hope. Tell him that I will also have updates and tips on the blog. And be sure to say hello to our pal Shane!

BTW, I checked Shane's site and I saw the first dance picture on the page ...in search of Giselle, the picture of the two dance profile. THAT IS BEAUTIFUL!
